1. INTRODUCTION

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

As our client, you agree to:

  • Supply necessary content (text, images, logos) in appropriate formats
  • Maintain all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for content provided to us

4. PAYMENT TERMS

7. PROJECT TIMELINE AND DELIVERABLES

7.1 Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and subject to change based on client responsiveness, scope modifications, and unforeseen technical issues.

AI features may rely on third-party providers subject to their own terms of service.

10.2 Data Processing

Implementation of AI tools may involve processing user data. You are responsible for appropriate disclosures in your privacy policy.

11. TERMINATION

11.1 Termination by Client

You may terminate services by providing 30 days' written notice. You will be responsible for payment for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

11.2 Termination by Designs2Code

We reserve the right to terminate services if:
